What happened to This Don Pan? Did it change owners or baker? Or they just don't care! The empanadas! From one week to the next, the amazing empanadas have been a disappointment. The uncooked dough in parts of the empanada is extremely noticeable in the meat empanada. Also, the server forgot to put cheese on top of my Golfeado.

We came to the Don Pan International Bakery after dinner at Taco Time and More and a bike ride thru Shark Valley on a Tuesday in March. Wowza - amazing bakery items ! My friend ordered take out for a full week...lol. I just ordered a piece of chocolate cake to go. It was delicious !!! Awesome bakery !!!

I was overcharged at this Don Pan location. I ordered a croqueta, a cortadito, and a small sandwich and was told the total was around $10. After tapping Apple Pay, I was charged $12.50. When I asked about the extra $2.50, the employee claimed I must have added a tip. That’s incorrect — I did not touch the screen at all, I only tapped my phone. Instead of correcting the charge, the employee became defensive, closed the window, and called the manager. The manager did not try to resolve the issue or apologize for the mistake and instead accused me of being disrespectful. The situation was handled very poorly and unprofessionally. This is not about the amount — it’s about being charged without consent and how customers are treated when they question it. I do not recommend this location.

I always buy there, even if it is far away. That's why I was surprised when today when I ordered a pair through Ubereats, for a meeting with work friends, I received it raw. I tried to ask for a refund through Ubereats but they told me I didn't qualify. I called the restaurant hoping for a better response, considering I'm a regular customer, but the response was "bring the bread to the restaurant." It doesn't seem fair to me to have to travel so far for bread that should have been delivered in good condition, you don't pay for raw bread. I work all day and that's why I ordered it by another means, to enjoy with company, obviously we started eating it and when we were halfway through, we realized that the consistency and flavor were not what we expected. We hope we don't get sick to our stomach.

We came here 2 days in a row for the chocolate croissants! Flakey and warm, they melt in your mouth. Strong coffee too, I had a vanilla latte. Coffee done right! Friendly staff, bright environment. Love the music 🎶
